Did not cover my gray as much as previousThe color was ok. I like a little more vivid color. This color seems drab and did not cover my gray as well as previous color. Did Not Get What ai RequestedI sent a message to eSalon weeks before my order shipped asking for the addition of more red to my color. I got a response saying my message had been received almost at immediately. The note from the colorist said “Adjusted tone” in my shipment. I’d requested the tone adjustment on the prior color. The most AWESOME color product I have ever used!I have tried every color product on the market that you can buy over the counter. I have never ben able to match my (natural) color, HOWEVER! with E-salon the color matches so well no one belives me that my hair is dyed! your product is easy to use, very high quility and lasts forever. What a relief!I love how my hair turned out! My product came quickly and I am very satisfied with the service I received. My hair was a purple pink undertone and I had highlights that I covered with dye. This color brought me to a nice golden brown. My highlights are a lighter brown and it looks so pretty.
