Perfect!I have Been coloring my hair for years (either myself or professionally done). I tried e salon and at first the color was too dark. When I relied to the automatic email to “rate my purchase”. I mentioned that even though I was sent exactly the color I asked for. Ii received an email shortly thereafter from cusomer service with steps to help fade the color and a free reformulation. First Time userToday I used the custom hair color from eSalon. Color came out great but noticed that some hair near the scalp were not dyed (remained gray). I made sure the area was covered. Need adjustmentsI did not use the color kit I purchased from you because I think it will be too bright. Please see my updated pics. Bare in mind in these new pics my hair was colored with a Semi-permanent no peroxide and no ammonia so it probably won’t last very long. This color is a combination of 3 different bottles - Level 2 red/violet base - Level 4 red/orange base - Natural Black I would like also to have more dimensions of Gold/Wine (Recall my hair is 95% gray) 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Too darkI ordered dark brown but the color that my hair turned out was almost black. Usually when I buy hair color that is dark brown it turns out like a chocolate color but this is super dark. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Wrong colorMy first and second hair color kit was very dark, so I never actually used them.(I had been trying to contact eSalon by email with no appropriate answers.) I wound up calling, explained the situation and my kit was readjusted. I did use this kit, however, it was still too dark. I'm hoping that my next kit will be my actual color.🙏 Although, I have not received a proper color kit yet, I do believe that customer service tried to help me with my issues.(On the phone only, I had no help through emails. ) I do hope that eSalon can adjust/adapt/fix the correspondence and acuracy while using email/chats.
