Terri Hair Diaryi am reviewing over a year after applying the first color so it may not be as thorough. i did use foil. the color that appeared after i rinsed was warm gold dk brown. i was just happy that my gray was covered. made a huge difference. i did not think i would like it as much as i did. the second box was a little different. a lighter mixture. i applied this color also wrapping each piece of hair in foil. i had so many foil pieces that i missed a few important spots. i did like this lighter color even more. Das Aha-ErlebnisHallöchen, nach dem Auftragen war ich erst einmal schockiert, da die Farbe während der Einwirkzeit schon seeehr dunkel wurde. Dachte die ganze Zeit nur oje oje wollte doch nur den grauen Ansatz weg färben.Trotzdem bin ich genau nach Anleitung weiter gegangen. Das Ergebnis war wirklich überraschend. Alles war so wie von mir gewünscht, ein echtes Aha Erlebnis. Mein Friseur, den ich für den Schnitt trotzdem brauchte ,wollte erst gar nicht glauben das ich das selbst gemacht habe, zumal sich bei meinem Friseur die Farbe nach 2-3 Wäschen immer schnell wieder herausgewaschen hat :) Also traut euch. Very nice colorThe first time it was not really the color I was looking for. After some contact with the customer service, they adjusted the formula and I am quite happy with the result. Amazing resultsI have been dying my hair using a shop bought box dye for about 15 years. My colour had become very uneven it was very dark at the ends and I could never get my roots to match. I bought esalon after seeing an advert on Instagram but didn’t expect much as my hair was almost black at the ends. How wrong was I? The results are subtle but amazing. The ends seem to have lightened and my roots now match the rest of my hair. Customer service is excellent too. I received an email back within a few hours. Beautiful colour and excellent customer serviceMy first colour kit was good but not perfect. I received a roots colour and an ends colour. The ends colour was beautiful. Just perfect! It has also has been impressively long lasting for a demi-permanent. But the roots colour just didn't have enough coverage or intensity for my untreated root hair, so I made a request for a colour adjustment via the website. I am really impressed by the phone call I received. I sadly forgot to get the name of the person I spoke to, but he was incredibly polite and helpful and made some suggestions for improving my colour kit.
