I loved it!I was tight on time this summer and hadn't been able to line up schedules with my hair stylist so I decided to try this at home. My hair had too much warmth from my previous color so I was a little nervous but it turned out great. I added pictures and described what I wanted, it turned out perfectly. Perfect color match!I have used this product multiple times now and am still completely satisfied with the color-match - I wanted something that looked just like my natural color but hid the gray and this delivered. When used with the Classic Shampoo and Leave-In Conditioner I have had much better success with lasting color than when using other color-safe brands. The odor is tolerable, has to be left in a little longer than some over-the-counter products, but I feel it's worth it for the end result. It's also great that the kit contains not just one but two pairs of gloves and product to help avoid lasting dye on the skin. Definitely a great system. 1 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Wonderful service. Not a great color matchCostumer support was great. My shipment arrived in a timely manner and the price was also fair. I love having the option to communicate freely with my color specialist when needed. However, the color was much much much darker than I had anticipated.
