Trial and errorFirst, let me say that I love that everything comes in 1 box - even gloves. Although I had followed the directions step-by-step, I should have adjusted some of the instructions based on what I know about my hair. I truly loved the color I picked and was very excited to color my hair using this system. However, I needed to keep the color on my hair longer than the instructions stated. Since I have been coloring my hair for close to 40 years, I have found my gray hair is very color resistant. Absolutely bomb of a color! I love it!!!I had previously went to a salon and walked out with a terrible color job. I was super unhappy. I called Esalon up, showed them some photos, and talked about what I wanted/needed, and they had the formula made up and ready to ship that day! Top ProduktFarbe lässt sich leicht auftragen , ist sanft zur Kopfhaut, lässt sich leicht entfernen von Stellen wo sie nicht hingehört . Kein Strohgefühl nach dem abwaschen der Farbe.
