The best surprise everI am so thrilled with my esalon color. I never expected such grand results. My niece applied it for me. She too was stunned. Love this product! Love the customer care!I was leary ordering hair color online, but I had to make a change. I went to a professional salon every 5 weeks, and out the door it was always $135, no highlights! 3 years ago I got a bad formula mix from a box color from the grocery store and it burned my hair. Some had to be shaved off! Took the salon about two and a half years to fix it completely. My formula from eSalon came in a beautiful box with everything I needed. Nice product but hard to wash outLove the packing and contents. Directions are clear, you’re given two sets of gloves (game changer), shampoo, conditioner, dye preventer for your skin and a remover for mistakes on the skin. The price is good and it produces a nice color. However, the color is almost impossible to wash out. It even turns slick and almost stuck to your hair in the shower. I have to use the entire shampoo and then my own shampoo. Seems like it’s not worth the dye job I just did having to wash my hair four times afterwards. It’s not love.I really want to love this product. The packaging is amazing. I’m a sucker for detail and there was no detail lost here. The personalization had me so excited! My final product wasn’t any better (or worse) than drugstore color, but more expensive ...even with the ends bottle thrown in. Less expensive than salon, yes... but my color really is just “meh”.
