Love the color and feel!This is just like Going into the salon and having my hair done, only I have the pleasure of doing it from my home instead of the three hour sitting in the salon!!! As close as I've ever got to my natural colour.Pretty good match for my colour before the grey set in. Great ColorThis is my second time ever coloring my hair. The first time was grocery store box color that only covered my gray hair for a few weeks. I do not have a lot of grays, but this color did cover them all. I definitely noticed a buildup that was difficult to wash out. I was in a hurry so I ended up leaving it wet and not washing it again until the next day. I got most of it out the second wash with a little bit of a greasy feel left. Not responsiveI’ve emailed my feedback on the color and how It lifted my roots resulting in lighter roots and darker ends. I’ve emailed twice, they provided me with an account credit but my colorists hasn’t adjusted my color and the second order also provided me with the same results.
