There has been a change in the productI've been using esalon for probably 5+ years and love it, but as others have mentioned in previous posts, the formula has changed. To remove the product from your hair is really difficult and has been for the last 2-3 times that I've used it. This was not the case before. Not my desired colorI'm considered a "natural red head" but my natural color is kind of a strawberry blondish brown...? I really wanted to have a copper orange red. So I went with Intense Copper... but ended up with just an auburn red, with copper orange-ish hue when the sun hits it....... :( I've never been able to achieve the color I desire... I was really hoping by trying this with a "personalized colorist" and adding my picture of my natural color I'd get a better match. It's not all for not... ProductI don’t know what is in the color to do this but I am having a very hard time rinsing it out. it’s almost like a Vaseline consistency.
