Way darker than what I requestedI don't know what happened, but the color that eSalon sent me is not what I requested at all. I wanted a nice, natural looking auburn color, and after dying my hair, it's *really* dark with hardly any red at all. I'm feeling really disappointed, as now I just have to wait 2-3 months for the color to wash out. Many reasonsAbsolutely no grey coverage. I picked a color darker than my current and it lightened my hair to the point of having roots within a few weeks. Exceptional serviceI’ve had three packages arrive. The first colour wasn’t quite right so they changed it for me free of charge the second was awesome! Perfect glossy colour. The way the packaging comes with instructions and they put your name on the bottle. It just felt really luxurious.
