first too dark, then just right, now too dark againi specifically asked to make the shade lighter and you guys did great the second time. then my third time was right back to too dark. i was told it was my fault for coloring all over. i don't feel like the colorists listen to me. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. hair colorI will probably cease ordering from you, I dread coloring my hair and avoid it due to the lasting gumminess that adheres to each strand of hair. I dont even like my color! I want to be reimbursed for my entire last order, I have actually been unhappy with my hair color experience since May. I plan to go to a salon again.
