Quality makes the difference!I had been using the drugstore version of hair color for a while, but found it faded and my hair was blah and dried out. Went back to E-Salon and my color is still vibrant and my hair is soft and manageable. looks kinda brassy.and when i washed it a couple of times, there was no rinsing it out. maybe w/out the mahogany. i'd like to know when the highliter for redheads is coming out. i might be too late for this order but maybe the next one. thnx so much vja 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Colour is not light ash brown!I requested Light Brown (Ash) and after placing the order I received an email stating my colour would be adjusted to a colour more suited to me. I don't know why this would be, but I decided to trust the process. I liked the feel of the product and it has a great scent, the packaging is good and the extra gloves, stain guard and wipe are great. My hair feels lovely and is super shiny, however the colour is awful. It has a lot of red tones in it, which I did not ask for, and my greys look quite orange. I avoid any red tones in my hair as I have rosacea and my complexion can be florid at times, so red hair does not suit me at all. I am really disappointed as I had anticipated great things.
