something changedHair color and developer were very hard to mix and kept separating in the bottle. When I washed my hair, this time it left my hair very greasy and didn't cover my grays at all. I washed my hair a second time, and was still unable to remove the greasy residue. It took 3 days of washing my hair to finally remove the grease. I've had trouble covering my grays in the past with this product, but never had greasy hair before. I think it is time to move on. Fades fastIt fades really quickly and it’s not all that dark. I did request an adjustment, so we shall see . *** EDIT*** Lowering the score to one star. I had the color reformulated , it still faded super quickly , when I called customer service I basically got told “tough “.
