Love it!!I ordered my first color set and received it very quickly and in a neat box with easy instructions! It actually has my hair almost back to the natural color. My hair is softer too! Color was perfectI don't know what technology, artistry or magic you use to match hair color. It is amazing. The color matched my current color perfect. The shampoo/ conditioner, however was not as magical. Had to rewash and condition with my normal products. I will definitely continue to use color. Not what I orderedPretty sure the somewhat dark brown colour I was sent was no where near the dark ash blonde I had ordered..... if you want to make a good product start with giving customers what they order. Didn’t come out the color promisedOrdered my hair color in a dark blonde - golden copper. Unfortunately instead of getting the color promised, my hair is now a coppery medium brown.
