The best at-home color I have ever used!You can go thru the site and choose a base color that is perfect. Base color is not normally what you can change in at-home hair color. Any time you have a concern or question they answer your email quickly and offer solutions to the problem. The Temporary Root Touch-up is Awesome!! It covers completely and stays on until you remove it. It takes a little practice to get the amount of touch-up right, but once you have a technique it's great! Surprised Me!I have been going to the same salon for about 12 years and my hair stylist moved to a different state. The last few hair stylists were not doing what I wanted so I decided to take a break and try this product. It was the first time I had ever colored my own hair. The color was a little darker than what I wanted but it has lightened with washes. My hair has been soft, the color is lasting even though it has lightened a bit but I really like it. DisappointedI found eSalon to be no better than any other box dye. In fact, I would have been happier with a semi-permanent from the drug store rather than the permanent shade from eSalon that was the only one available in the colour I wanted. Although I admit it was very close to my natural shade, it turned out much more drab than the picture.
