Probably one of the worst hair coloring experience I’ve had.Not very happy with the color at all. If I could attach pictures I would. I stated I would like a color that brightens up my hair, that I don’t like too dark and want to not have any black. My hair color is a medium brown and was currently a little darker than I liked, but not black. Yet After the first coloring treatment with esalon I now have jet black hair. I’m very discouraged and will not be ordering again. Plus the ease of the whole process is a mess. I would be happier with a one step situation and this was many. I’ve used many box colors before with way better outcomes. Also I did use the stain preventive and it didn’t work at all, neither did the one wipe provided.
