Sent wrong color and turned my hair almost black. Not happy!Beyond disappointed and angry with what I received. I was sent a dye that dyed my hair almost black. Love My New Color Up to NowThanks for taking time to listen to my issues and for making a special mix to cover stubborn gray hair. I love the new darker color for roots. My gray hairs in sideburns are stubborn but, I love the new shade you blended for me. I'll just adjust the sideburns with temporary powder. Thank you so much. The packaging was over the top as well, because you pre-portion all that's needed to blend the colors. Medium brown is not for meI adjusted my color thinking a medium brown would be the color best suited for me; however, I was wrong. I do not like this color as it is too dark for me. I will likely adjust my color preference for February. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
