I asked for a change in color. There is no way to contact the coloristi except by email, therefore no discussion. The results are terrible. Cancel my subscription!

I was really nervous to dye my own hair after always doing it professionally. They recommended a better shade match for me and it was perfect! Looks great, lasts a long time, hair feels healthy. Highly recommend! Don’t think I can ever go back to paying salon prices

I haven't colored my hair in over 8 years because nothing ever worked on covering my grey hair! I am ecstatic with how they matched my color I chose! I looked awesome, after I colored my hair!
