ChangedThe last time I colored my hair, it go really sticky when I was washing it out. This happened the last time for my friend also. In the past this has never happened. Not what I expected... but pleasantly surprised!While the colour change wasn't quite what I was expecting (naturally dark brown with auburn highlights- auburn copper red), it did deposit more red than I expected, and only highlighted the natural auburn red tones I already had even more which looked beautiful. It wasn't the drastic change I had hoped for initially, but quite honestly I'm happy about that as it may have been too much of a shock for me. The formula had a way of changing my overall hair tone and colour without changing the underlying shade of dark brown- hard to explain but it turned out lovely. Additionally, while my natural hair colour is dark brown with auburn tones, the grow out was barely noticeable even with all the red! It melded in with the new colour in such a way that only if you really looked up close could you notice any regrowth at my roots- even after several weeks! As a newbie with virgin hair ( I say this respectfully because it's been literally 20 years since any dye has touched my locks), I was hesitant but felt like I needed a bit of a change. My main concern other than that the suggested colour would look garish on me and fry my long wavy locks, was quickly banished when I saw a beautiful auburn red deposited throughout my strands. The formula is amazing, didn't fry my hair AT ALL, and my hair felt so silky when all was said and done! I'm not sure I'll continue to colour my hair long term as I am starting to miss my original hair colour, but if you're thinking of trying eSalon and are nervous- don't be! Just upload a good pic of yourself and work with a personal consultant to get the perfect shade for you! If you don't like it you're free to make any changes to your hair colour! El color muy oscuroEstoy muy molesta me demoré mucho tiempo para aclarar el color .Hable con un representante me tranquilizo me comentó que me enviaría un tono nuevo que no me cobrarían .Pero no creo que un solo tinte me quede uniforme .Tengo el color que utilizaba que me gustaría regresar a mi color. Didn't get my color rightI asked for a blue black. I got pure black. Whatever. I can get it reformulated. So I ask for a blue black AGAIN. I again get shipped a pure black. Now I'll have to bleach my hair to get the color I want! I just wanted a gorgeous blue black. Not pure black with no hints of blue.
