No contactHi I am not getting any feedback on my request for adjustment. I have uploaded a photo but I cannot see any response to a request for adjustment. Given that you specifically state a personalised experience, I am sceptical of anybody is looking at comments? Much happierThe color set was delivered last, confusing my understanding of product use. Once I got that, the rest fell into place, and I am pleased. Hot rootsUnfortunately what I didn’t wanted to happen did happen. I am now the proud owner of orange roots with a darker crown. The staff was amazing. UnhappyThis is about my 3rd or 3th ti.e using esalon. They still can't get my colir right. Grey isn't being civeted, they never fixed my old color below ears.
