Love color-Not enough shampoo!Thought my color was too dark but when I took it to my beautician friend she told me the shampoo was not enough for my mop of hair and the color didn’t wash off my hair and scalp! She washed my hair and scalp twice with a quality shampoo and my color looks amazing! The shampoo and conditioner needs to be doubled and the stain removal wipes need to be tripled. Horrible colorI’m really upset that I tried this product and now I’m left trying to figure out how to fix my hair. The color was listed as medium blonde with a neutralizer yet it turned out a brassy orangey strawberry blonde that just does not work at all with my skin tone. It was also really hard to wash out and my hair felt super greasy and stringy the next day, and now 2 days later it is crazy dry. Wrong color.. didn't cover grays...I am cancelling the program because the color was totally wrong. I sent a photo of my hair and described the color I had in mu hair before. The color was great for only 3 days.I colored my hair Sunday March 10. The color was great for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday but on Wednesday I shampooed it with a sulfate and phosphate free shampoo and the color is almost back to previous color on the ends. I initially loved my new product. However, my roots have fadedAlready seeing strands of grey showing through. My roots are not holding up either.
