It could be betterI didn't get the result that I am expecting from the first hair color that I order. It doesn't cover the entire hair just only a few parts and it doesn't fully cover all of my gray hair just only a few and some still light in color. I am not satisfied as I didn't get the desired color that I want to. I am expecting more from this product as I pay more than the store brand. Damage shipping and wrong colorI received first shipment damaged. I got a replacement for it and it was damaged. No reply to second damaged shipment. MUCH darker and redder than expected for a dark blondHad hoped to lighten my hair up a shade or so into a warm blond shade, but the color that I recieved developed into a darker copper auburn mix red base...about a shade darker than my normal tone and noticably quite red...absolutely no golden tones. My hair was completely free of any dyes or bleaches for the last few years.
