Very pleased!This is the second time coloring my hair with eSalon. I was very apprehensive the first time, but my stylist was kind enough to email and call me to talk me through the process. ESalon has excellent customer service and my most recent stylist was able to tweak my color just a bit to make my grays blend better with my natural hair color. Beautiful colour but shade is different than expectedThe colour of my hair is gorgeous, even through out (thanks to separate colours for roots and ends), and shines like otter’s coat! The reason why I gave 4 stars is because the colour came out dark burgundy brown rather than medium pearly brown. Never the less it is beautiful colour and I had such colour in the past thus I am not too fussed over it coming differently than expected. In fact I signed up for autoship every 5-6 weeks for same colour. the next orderwith the next order could you make it a bit lighter? as my hair naturally lightens in the sun and seeing the next shipment is not till the end of May I am going to be out in the sun a lot so as I said it will lighten meaning going to a dark blonde instead of light brown 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. The grey came back after only 12 days!!Looked really good right after I used it, however, the gray is already back and it was only 2 weeks! I only washed my hair 3 times during the 2 week period after the color--I only use quality shampoo made for color-treated hair. La réponse de nos expertsSue- Thank you for reaching out! Hair grows at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month, so it is completely normal to see regrowth after 2 weeks. There are no adjustments that can slow or prevent regrowth, and adjustments for better gray coverage on hair that has been dyed equate to darker color.
