Me encanto (I love it)I am so happy with the results of my hair, I ordered a custom color to put at home, for which my daughter helped me and she was even impressed with the packaging, delivery and ease of application. I am loving the color I got it’s exactly what I expected. The best part is that it comes with everything you need including the plastic gloves for application, applicator bowl, hair clips, and time clock. easy and FASTI bought this kit as somewhat of an impulse buy knowing that I wanted to go darker with my hair but not wanting to buy the boxed dye at the store. My stylist was very helpful picking out my color and listened to my need of wanting to correct the red tones in my previously dyed hair. Start to finish, this process took me about 45 minutes, whereas in the salon to get my hair dyed takes upwards of 2 hours. I also have a LOT of hair, but one bottle was enough to cover it all (they sent me 2). Not what I expected.The color was completely wrong. I was credited another color plan and the color was adjusted but it’s still not right. Too dark!I was really expecting something less brown/dark and more red... Unexpectedly went darker. The product itself is great (thus the 3 stars) but really disappointed in how dark it is.
