Great job on getting the colour I wantedThe colorist did a great job on contacting me to ensure the colour I got was the colour I was wanting. I know this costs more than store box colour but this is much better quality of product and you know what you are getting. You also have the access to specialists to assist through the entire process. I had used store box colour for years and I can't see me going back to it after using eSalon. Excellent ProductThis hair color line is FABULOUS...gave me an incredible color with fantastic staying power!! Leaves hair soft and shiny and offers wonderful grey coverage....and finally, one of the best things about it is that the color really lasts!!! Customer Service is incredibly helpful as well. Great productLove the custom color set. I have worked with the color professional 3-4 times since I started using my custom color formula back in 2020. Each time I got a quick response to my questions or requests. With the few tweaks to my formula I now think the color is perfect. I get so many compliments, even from people I don’t know. I’m 72 years old and even Dr’s I have had to see recently thought I was in my 50’s . I’m sure my beautiful natural looking hair color is a part of why they think that.
