left my hair dirty and stickyThe first time I used your color product my hair turned out terrific.. the second time, not so much. I don't know if the formula changed, but the second shipment I got was terrible. First, the bottle top was way too small to get the color out.. I had to squeeze like crazy and even then could barely get any out.. i needed to cut a new hole in the top to make it work properly. And, then when I was done, and I followed all the steps as directed, my hair came out feeling really dirty and greasy-- it was like the shampoo didn't work at all. Awesome!!I couldn’t believe this came so beautifully packaged! There’s everything you could possibly need in this box, including Shampoo and conditioner. The directions are easy and clear. Love my custom color!! Long time user!!Best color ever. This product is fairly priced and easy to use. The results are natural looking color and healthy hair.
