I get so many compliments!The company got so many specifics about me and what I need that it shouldn't have been a surprise that my color was so great, but I was still nervous to try something new! The color I got was perfect for me. It looks so natural, and I get compliments all the time. Because what I got was two different steps, it took longer to do the first time, but my hair color is definitely full of dimension, which is exactly what I asked for. As far as my experience using it, I'd say the only thing that feels different is that it feels a little runnier going on than the box color I used to use, but thicker on my actual hair. Like, I have to rinse for longer to actually feel like it's coming clean. But the color is staying in just as bright as when I first did it, and I have red, so that's pretty amazing! It is also covering the gray areas MUCH better than anything I have ever used before--no fading off after one or two washes. I love my stylist (she is really great) but I can't afford to see her very often. Hair ColorThe service received from eSalon is by far the best. I have tried other companies on line but the color and ability to customize my color and the color match is superb.
