Love the customized color!I did my first color this weekend. I love that my colorist listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair. Cant wait to highlight to see how that comes out. Found my colorVery happy with the look and feel of my hair with esalon. First order was not what I had hoped for. My last shippment.I absolutely love the color and texture of my hair the only concern I have is the price. After the first purchase with the discounts I'm being charged full price plus shipping. For that price I could get my hair done in a salon with a groupon and not have to deal with the mess. I also need my husband to help me to do the back of my hair since I can't see where my roots end. For some reason, it turned out darker this time.I don't think I did anything different, but for some reason my color turned out significantly darker. Perfect RedA good red is hard to make look natural but your color made my natural red (with a few greys) look amazing. My boyfriend did it for me(even more amazing). I would only suggest you send 2 bottles like you did the first time because my hair is long and there's lots of it. I had to wait until my 3rd shipment to recolor my hair because shipment 2 had only one bottle as did the 3rd. That's to long in between coloring.
