Product consistency is too runny!It's a challenge to color "only your roots" when the product won't stay where you put it. The consistency is too thin and needs to be improved. The gloves delivered with my kit were very poor quality. The dye leaked through the gloves and onto my hands and fingers. It made a complete mess of a very expensive manicure. I'm no novice to "at home hair color." I would have done better to buy a drug store color versus investing time and energy attending to dye running down my neck and forehead. Very messy and extremely disappointing. The positive upside is that the color looks good and my scalp is not itchy at all. I'd love to give this product another try when you take steps to improve the consistency to a thicker stay put version. Finally, the customer service I recieved when I called to cancel my subscription and share my opinion was very good. The representative was positive and apologetic. Her attitude as great. She refunded a set that I had received prior and extended a credit on one that had lapsed the approve return time frame. There was no effort to respond to the mess created by the kit I used today. great colourthis is my first time colouring my hair for about 15 years. needed to cover a lot of grey hair. cover for the grey is excellent only a few showing at the hairline, but that was more my fault than the product. great coverage on the rest of my hair.
