Strands aboveI was very impressed with the whole packaging of the items sent and the quality of the items. The directions were very easy to follow and the product worked well. WOWThis is an intense colouring system, but so so worth it! I loved every single product in my first box. The smell of the dye is a little hard to handle. I was worried it was going to be a bland color, its not!!! I went with a dark brown/red and im absolutely in love with this color. IT COVERED ALL THE GREYS!!!! I feel and look 10 years younger! PerfectThe color looked like it was performed in a salon. I have been very impressed with the quality. After making changes to the original color, my colorist resounded by changing it to make it closer to my natural hair color. Having naturally dark hair, I worried it would look too one dimensional or too black. I was happy to see that it looks multi-dimensional and natural, as it would if I had it dyed in a salon. I did elect to later order hi lights and the color was perfect but my technique isn’t. The instructions for hi light weren’t as clear & easy to follow for hi lighting as they were for dying hair. I would like them to provide greater detail on hi lighting hair. For instance, give a couple of closeups when dividing the hair into separate sections. The picture isn’t clear. I can’t exactly see what part of the hair is left down in the back and where the middle section starts and ends. Also, knowing how much color to keep on the brush and instead of showing a drawing, I would appreciate seeing a real picture of the brush with color on it as it is supposed to look when applying it to the hair. I watched the video provided on the website and it didn’t really help or answer all my questions. I usually do my hair in the evening so it would have been too late to call for questions. Other than this, my experience has been great! I would recommend it to anyone interested who has the patience to do their own work. For instance, I wouldn’t ever recommend this to my mom because she would probably not have patience to read all the way through the instructions and take her time doing it, especially the first time, which means she would likely do a terrible job of it. The color and technique is very forgiving for amateur hands like myself and as long as I follow the dying instructions as best as I can, I have had great results. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. UpsettingIt isn't at all the color I expected. I was trying to attain my original color and what I got was a dull mahogany/pink. It has no shine or luster at all and it is a brassy pinkish red. It doesn't look like me at all and my coloring doesn't match my new hair. I am trying to work with a colorist to correct the problem. Color did not take! My roots are a noticeably different shade!Extremely disappointed. My hair looks almost exactly like my natural hair color while the rest is the color provided in my last box. I followed instructions to the letter and enlisted help. I have an activity on Monday and my hair is a hot mess. Please cancel my subscription. Turned out more expensive, not at all cost effective for me. Now that I will have to visit a salon to correct it.
