amazingly easy to follow directionsI appreciate the chance to communicate with a specialist regarding my wants, expectations and concerns while deciding on a color fit for me. I was nervous about being able to apply correctly but the kit included very easy to follow directions including pictures and the to do videos on the website. BEST EVERThis is an absolute must. You'll never go back to your previous regimen, even with your stylist. I've never had color last this amazing amount of time. Covers my stubborn gray COMPLETELY. i was very unhappy with the color.I wanted a light strawberry blonde and I received a reddish mahogoney color. I am very unhappy. Maybe I wasn't correct in my choice but still very unhappy. i will use a medium blonde in 2 weeks to see if I can soften the color., if not I will go to a professional salon.
