Exact color match and comes with everythingI was quite skeptical while ordering this especially since I have never tried coloring my own hair. I was impressed at how easy it was to do this on my own. The package came with everything I needed. I did take advantage of purchasing the coloring tools discount so between the two I had all I needed to get started.
