The Color was Perfect!Y’all, when I say it was perfect, it was PERFECT! I received my package yesterday. I read the instructions today and was a little bit intimidated, but, decided to give it a try. My hair has never looked healthier, or as shiny, with such a beautiful color!I was skeptical about ordering color online because I am 52 years old and have fine red hair and red color can go really bad really fast, but from the first order my hair has had the perfect color without looking fake. It doesn’t fade and I can even stretch my orders to every 3 months or when I’m beginning to see the dull roots. I’ve noticed with each recolor it only gets prettier and healthier looking. I knew I was onto something when I got my last haircut. My stylist (who has been doing my haircuts and color for over 12 years) was blowing out my hair and said “I just love this color.” I never mentioned it was eSalon or that I was coloring it myself. It looks so natural and appropriate for me. Previously I had started to lighten my hair to a very light strawberry blonde with highlights to hide the grays, but it never looked quite right on me. My custom blended color is amazing. I just added a new pic (not my favorite picture but it shows off my beautiful hair color and shine) to my profile to see the progression from dull and frizzy to my now beautiful, shiny red. I love the product but the color is to dark! What can I do to fix it?I love the way my hair feels, the product is GREAT! But I expected it to be a bit lighter. I NEED to fix it but I don't want to make the mistake of running to the drug store to buy a box dye.
