Easy for a beginner to use.I've been using their custom color set for a few years now. I knew zero about coloroing hair before I started but I followed their easy instructions and have had success from day 1. The product is high quality! it leaves my hair soft and my hair has not shown any sign of damage due to the product. Just... WOW!I am truly amazed by this colour! The formula is superb and having two different formulations (one for roots and one for the ends) really makes a difference to the final result! The instructions are really easy to follow and you get at home the same result you would get in a salon at less than half the cost! HORRIFICI specifically asked for something that wouldnt make my hair brassy, specifically wanted another color - my so called stylist changed my order and now my hair is ORANGE - she is horrible, never ever use Yesenia Escamilia - I want a full refund and am reporting to the BBB 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Not the color I wantThe product itself is great. Wipes to remove dye on skin works great, didn't dry out my hair, didn't have any toxic smell, easy to follow instructions, and plenty of product to cover my long hair with excess still left for the final rinse (my hair is 1/2 way down my back). However, the color I want just does not seem possible with their formulas. I keep getting dark brown, when I want there to be noticeable purple in my hair.
