Ich habe nur einmal bestellt. Jetzt wird ein Dauerauftrag abgebucht .Für mich war das eine einmalige Erstbestellung, ich wollte keinen Dauerauftrag!!! Ich habe auch heute die Farbe erst getestet. Die Farbe ist knallrot, vor allem am Ansatz. Ich fühle mich betrogen und möchte auch keine Farbe der Firma E-Salon mehr erhalten, wenn die mit sochen Mitteln arbeiten. Wrong Color after applicationOn my photos I posted the picture of how my hair color came up. The roots are blonde and the rest of the hair is brown. Awful first time experienceI specifically gave instructions stating what i wanted and sent photo. Received a color that had nothing to do with what i wanted !! I look like morticia from the adams family ! Cant afford to get it corrected at hair stylist so i have to let esalon correct their awful mistake. Oh if only i had money i would definitely go to a professional !! I have never received a color expert resolution as per Johnny V. Response . Esalon was unwilling to do anything to help correct their mistake except to give me a credit for my first order. wow $17.00 dollars to correct a $400 mistake. FINALLY!This hair color is amazing! After speaking with the colorist, and explaining my situation, the perfect color for me was created. Application was amazingly simple, and the results are fantastic! My hair looks so natural and the texture is beautiful! Wow! It was the perfect colorIt was exactly the color i picked, and my best friend who has NEVER colored anyone's hair did it for me. Easy and perfect! i will continue to use your products, i love the weekly repair conditioner as well! The perfect shade of redI’d been searching for the exact perfect shade of red for nearly a year. Every time I went to the salon my stylist was just never able to quite nail it. But with one picture and one note from me inarticulately elucidating what I was looking for, my eSalon stylist NAILED it and now I have the hair I’ve always wanted. gorgeous.I was confused and skeptical that I had to use two different mixtures for my roots vs. my ends, but I followed the instructions exactly as it said and the results turned out amazing! My hair is now a nice, natural looking shade of reddish-brown that I thought would look terrible on me but I am SO pleased with the outcome.
