Wrong colorI was looking for a honey kissed brunette and instead my hair is now copper brown. While I am happy it is lighter in tone from my natural color, the actual color is way too orange. color changeI had requested a lighter color and I got the opposite. I got a dark burgundy, I have washed hair a couple times now and the roots are orange. I sent an email out 5 days ago and no response. products are awesome but not sure what happened this time.
