Incredibly dryingI have never had any color--salon, box, or Sally's brands---dry my hair out the way the eSalon color did. It was like straw after coloring it. I followed the instructions precisely, and conditioned it well after. The color looked okay, had dimension, but was warmer than I had requested. My hairstylist couldn't believe the condition of my hair---I've been seeing her for years, and she had never seen it so dried out. I also didn't hear back from my eSalon stylist when I messaged her about my color, prior to it being shipped. I wanted cool blonde. When you get it, you don't even know what level blonde you have gotten, or if it is red, golden, ash, etc. I just know it wasn't what I wanted and it dried my hair out horribly. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Kein rotIch wollte eine rote Farbe haben. Aber statt rot würde es dunkelbraun. Umd das habe ich nicht bestellt. Aber jetzt laufe ich damit rum,bis ich es überfarbe und wirklich dann rot habe. Werde wohl nix mehr bestellen. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Easy to mix, easy to applyIt was all easy enough however my hair was black for less then 2 weeks. It does not cover the gray well. After washing it left the grays with a yellow tint 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Loved the color. Hate being my stylistI was really impressed with the color the first day. It matched so well my husband didn't know I'd colored it yet. However, three days later, the grays were just as apparent as before. Also, I hate being my own stylist.
