Brilliant!I was pleasantly surprised by my experience of using esalon. The colour was exact to what I needed, which was amazing. The pack included shampoo/conditioner & colour guard/remover, everything I needed to colour my hair stress free. The colour was very gently. I would highly recommend esalon. Ruined my hairYou are told your hair photos are sent to a colourist which is a lot of rubbish . I have emailed you several times . Your dye has turned my roots ginger and my ends almost black I want fully refunded and sent a dye to fix this or I will be seeking legal advice and leaving another review on trust pilot 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Satisfecha con el nuevo color recomendado y el tono parejo. Absolutely love this hair color setUpon receiving the hair color, I opened it up, and I was really surprised to see how much is included in the box. Everything you need to color your hair from two sets of gloves to shampoo and conditioner which is a big plus I colored my hair over a week ago and it is just as bright as it was the day I colored it.
