Bruh.. IDK wat happened?!OMG! My hair has stripes of every color. From brown to orange to blonde and so many other various shades. BadI called up explaining the desired colour even written clearly I wanted to achieved ash brown. I ended up waited for almost a week. Wasted my time and effort... I was shipped dark brown when I clearly explained. I need a refund asap. Really disappointed and I thought to call and check yet bad customer service. If you can’t achieved, it’s best to get in touch with your client not making own decision. I paid and its called custom made. I never selected dark brown!!!!!
