E salon is Fabulous to work withAfter trying a couple times, first time they thought I did not leave on long enough and second time I still did not get proper gray coverage leaving it on longer. I called and my colorist listened to what I was looking for in color and wow they really got it right!!! Best Color ever previously I could only get the color I wanted spending over $100 at a salon. I was then paying less at other salons but my color was never right. I have 100% white hair and now my blonde color is so pretty with just the right amount of gold and the coverage is fantastic. Worth your money !!!I always like to try a new thing and when I find out about eSalon, I gave a try. What I like about most is that I can "make " my own shades of color and if l want to cover more gray hair I just make small changes in my profile , and new order comes the way I want. I received many complements about my hair color. RIch Color, Great Coverage!The color match was perfect. The instructions said the process would take 30 minutes. It did. PerfectMy natural color has, all my life, been a happy source of compliments. As I've aged and the color has faded (it's a reddish color, which doesn't go to a pretty grey-silver, but just to a kind of duller red), I have missed that. Coloring my hair at home with any of the many available major brand, or (without exception) spending the money to have my hair colored in a salon have never, ever replicated my original color. eSalon nailed the perfect color immediately. Believe it or not, I'm back -- ancient as I am -- to my natural color ... and am even back to receiving compliments on it!
