I colored my hair about a year ago so I had long uncolored roots showing. Sent them a pic, and they sent what I needed for the roots and also the long ends. I knew it would never be an exact match in the condition my hair was in, but it is so much better than it was! Redhead sure beats dark with grey streaks!

Great saturated color that requires less delicate treatment than the Salon color that costs 5x as much. I love the high/low lights on my personalized color, it is rich and full of life.

the product is great. it didn't dry my hair out like the store bought or salon. my hair felt normal. my first go round of color was a bit darker than what I wanted but had them adjust it and now just waiting on my next shipment.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hair color i was sent. Usually when I get my hair colored it becomes very strawlike... but after this it was so soft and smooth as well as Beautiful.
