Color was nto as describedThe color came out reddish brown and I asked for ash dark brown. I also stated that I did not use permanent color but you sent permanent color. WHen I emailed and complained it was dealt with quickly but all you did was send me the same color that did not work previously. I would not recommend this to a friend. DisappointedI was expecting to color all my hair sence it has been a long time since I colored it but when I opened the box it's for just my roots this is very disappointing due to my hair will look horrible if I only do my roots 😭 I wouldn't of paid $25 just to do my roots 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Love my 1st PurchaseOnly took 4 days to get here and even before I received it, my colorist emailed me. Didn't think I'd like how dark the color was I picked so she tweeked my formula a bit and was sure I was going to love it. I so did. My hair is shiny and so soft. The color is beautiful, and I have sensitive everything and did not have any problems with the product. The smell isn't even that bad. I've used worse. Believe me, I used to be a stylist. No more store bought garbage, or salon expensive. Thank you Genevieve. I love my hair, 1st try. 😁. Better than a salon!!E-salon rocks! I was so sick of paying so much money for hair color that was not anywhere near what my natural color is and what I requested and was usually due to what the hair dresser thought I should have. Too blonde, too brassy or too dark, too mono-color. Now it is perfect. Everything is provided for you and although I was nervous about DIY, it wasn't that bad at all! And I love it!!
