Demi permanent-soft blackI absolutely loved all the packaging, the custom shade was great, but this was my first time using a demi permanent, so maybe im just unsure of how long a demi should last, but the very first time I washed my hair, 3 days after colouring, I was almost back to the colour my hair was before coloring. I used the rest of the shampoo/conditioner that came with my kit, and only used mildly warm water. By the 2nd shampoo, the colour was completely gone from my hair. Took a chance and so glad I did!I'm so glad I took a chance and tried eSalon. I love getting "good" mail and the color fights my grays. The box is adorable and I do love that handy sticker they include (hey, it's the small things in life!). My before and after is huge. My hair is so soft and shiny after I color it. Thank you eSalon. Order not receivedI still haven’t received my order. This is the second order I was forced to place, as the company withdrew the money and claimed it had already been shipped, so I was no longer able to cancel it.
