I really enjoy receiving my box with everything needed to complete my hair color at home. Easy to apply and the color lasts. Above all no strong odors that lingure even after you have washed it out!

This was my first time using the custom hair color. It arrived quickly & I followed the instructions provided. The color was exactly what I had discussed & chose. Love it & plan on using again.

This time I received a perfect match. I did have to strip down to a 9G, not formulated, just stripping color down to Gold. Then I let this color stay on the roots and body of my hair around 30 minutes and then another 15 all over. It came out exactly my natural color. I just foresee it not staying until enough color is deposited to make a go. But it is my color. Amazing. Scarlett, any suggestions? Picture added in profile picture.
