After 30 years of drugstore colouring, eSalon is a game-changerI've been colouring my own hair since high school, and while I've been generally happy with the results, I wasn't prepared to completely change my opinion of drugstore colour, until I tried eSalon. It's as easy and convenient, but the product itself is worlds-away from what is available at the store. The colour is richer, has more depth, and leaves my hair in beautiful condition too. I'm a redhead, so I'm used to fade-out, and as a result, colouring my hair much more than I should to keep it looking fresh. The eSalon Golden Red, custom blended for me, does not fade out. Love itI kept seeing the ads and finally thought I should try this- root maintenance is a pain. And I don’t always get the colour right or the same. ESalon? Problem solved. Great customer service.. Color too dark, but hair feels soft and healthyColor is much darker than expected. I would choose much lighter color next time. Followed directions exactly. Nicht das gewünschte ErgebnisÜber Lieferung, Farbe und sonstige Utensilien kann ich nichts negatives sagen, das passt alles, auch wenn etwas viel Plastik dabei ist. Die Anwendung ist wie bei allen anderen gekauften Produkten auch, kein Unterschied. Was mir nun so ganz und gar nicht gefällt, ist das Ergebnis, es ist meilenweit von meiner Wunschfarbe entfernt. Meine Ursprungafarbe ist dunkelblond mit viel grau, überspielt mit hellen Strähnen. Das war ganz okay, warum ich jetzt aussehe wie unser Hund, weiß ich leider nicht🙈Es ist so eine Mischung aus braun und rot und das ist etwas, was ich überhaupt nicht mag und auch nicht wollte. Die Farbe als solche ist in Ordnung, das Grau ist weg und die Haare glänzen auch schön, aber diese Farbe🙄Nee, daran muss ich mich aber wirklich erst gewöhnen 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Product is awesome - eSalon is working on getting the color right.(Just not pleased with the color even after last request to have it changed. Not trying to be difficult... but I want an ASH BLONDE - not a yellow blonde. It's a shame, because I do like the product... but I hate the color.) To be honest and 'fair'... I am upping my rating for eSalon... I do like their product much better than Madison Reid, which I had tried before... So I want to clarify... While I have not been happy with the 'color', (too golden, not enough ash) the quality of the product is exceptional. I love that my hair is still soft after coloring.. the product itself is not harsh AT ALL on my (normally dry) hair and its smells nice. My colorist has contacted me about adjusting the color again and I will also say that they are GREAT about responding very quickly and providing good solid customer service. I really appreciate that. I've decided to give it another go, and hopefully the third run will be the charm!
