Great PackagingI was really impressed with the packaging and instructions, and how personalized it all was. My color ended up being almost exactly the same as my natural color and I was hoping for a bit more of a change (I ordered golden mahogany but didn’t really see any “golden”), but my hair did feel wonderfully soft and healthy after coloring. Exceeded ExpectationsI have long, thick hair and it is turning gray fast. I normally use an entire box for root touch up and two boxes for entire head. When I ordered eSalon, it was time for a full head application. Not only did they send enough to do my entire head thoroughly, I was able to do the last step with what I had left in the bottle. The product feels great going on, thick and creamy. The smell is good and no harsh fumes. No watery eyes from the bleach. I was surprised when I rinsed and dried my hair the roots and ends were the same color. Gray roots dyed are sometimes darker but never the same color as the length for me, so I was pleased. Perfect MatchMy hair color was the best it has ever been this year. The two step coloring process that I use now colors my hair perfectly without me feeling like all that work was for nothing when it came out faded and I just put it in. Schöne Farbe, wenig Halt in meinen blonden LängenDie Farbe direkt nach dem Färben war wirklich schön, auch gleichmäßig dank perfekt aufeinander abgestimmter Farben für Ansatz und Längen. Leider hat es in meinen sehr hellen Längen nicht gut gehalten, nach ein paar mal Haare waschen war die Farbe schon wieder ausgewaschen. Die Kommunikation mit den ESalon Coloristen, in meinem Fall Aline, war aber wirklich sehr professionell, freundlich und hilfreich. Mir wurde sogar ein neues kostenfreies Färbekit angeboten, nachdem ich nicht zufrieden war mit der ersten Set - da es aber an meinen Haaren zu liegen scheint, dass die Farbe nicht gut hält & nicht etwa am Farbton oder anderen Faktoren, habe ich dies nicht noch einmal getestet.
