Not so scary after all!I've been paying a lot of money for color at salons for many years, but now that I'm retired I was intrigued by this service and product for such a reasonable price! After I submitted my questionnaire and a picture online, I was shocked about 30 minutes later to receive a phone call from "my colorist" Shannon S.! She asked all the right questions, recommended a lighter shade than I had ordered, and I agreed since she knows the product so well. The box came in the mail and I was impressed with what was included (except someone else reported they received clips which I could have used). I had to build up my courage for more than a week, but yesterday I took the plunge, found it wasn't so hard after all, and the results are, well, stunning! The color is perfect, the coverage is great, and it took no longer than an appointment at the salon - with no travel to and from! I'm anxious to see how long it will cover my gray, but I'm pretty optimistic because of other reviews I've read. Vibrant colour and no more greysThis is the best dye I have used, it was easy to use and even after 1 month it has barely faded.
