Horrible customer serviceI canceled my plan back in october. They charged me in january and in march for 27 each. They apologized for the inconvenience but made me pay for their shipping that I didn't even order. The girl was rude talking over me saying "sorry there is nothing I can do for you" after I asked her multiple times to refund my money. Finally after raising my voice my money will be refunded in 3 days but still have to pay for the shipping. Btw the color doesn't last long and I'm about to change my banking because this is highly illegal. Disgusted. 1 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Made my hair orangeGreat customer service and they sent a new kit ASAP but the second one made my hair even more orange and I ended up going to a salon and paying a lot to have it somewhat fixed 1 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Very disappointedVery messy, you have two bottles of color, one for the roots and one for the ends. Hard to rinse out, left my hair feeling sticky even after 4 rinses. Now my hair is brittle and breaking. Wouldn’t recommend this product. On the plus side it comes in a nice box. 1 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Lo siento mucho me tuve que cortar mi peloMe tuve que cortar mi pelo ya que el tinte que me enviaron primero me quemas todos el pelo se me puso látigoso y se empezó a partir no quiero más sus productos no me probó para nada me ocaciono daño en el pelo tengo que ponerme muchos tratamientos ahora para que buerva a estar como era 1 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. No me gustoGracias por todo pero la verdad el color no me gusto me hice una prueva de mecha y el color para mi esta muy obsuro me ha costado mucho aclararlo y no quiero oscurrecerlo otraves normalmente yo uso un 8G pero queria provar Esalon por que queria ver si si cubre mis canas pero el color es muy obsuro 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Love the color!I love the way my hair feels after coloring it! It’s softer and shinier than when I was using store products. Since I was matching my light blonde hair, it did cover the natural red streak in my hair.
