Fantastic!I was very hesitant and worried when I made my first order, since I have always gone to a salon, and didn't think I would be able to do a very good job on my own. When I received my first kit instructions were very easy to follow and the kit had everything I needed. It was remarkably easy. The color I needed to tweak a bit and my second kit nailed it! Love my hair!I have alot of gray hair,some were hard to color. When I color my hair it makes me feel good,sexy even,it's been a while.. 1st Time was a Winner!I was impressed with the customer service side of eSalon given they had to contact me regarding my color request. They really CARE about your hair results! When my package arrived, again I was Impressed by the packaging. Everything you need is in there. My hair color turned out beautifully! The shampoo and conditioner was a MUST buy for me.
