Hats off to my colorist of the last set I received. There seemed to be a difference in the formulation, went on easier and color was great. Better… deeper. Whatever you did, please do it again. Thank you!!!

I’m impressed with how simple they make it! My color was spot on, and my results were fantastic. I feel silly for being so nervous the first time, but the colorist was patient and friendly as she explained things. Very happy with the results!

Took about two tries from the very beginning to get the color perfect but that is way shorter than it took my hairstylist! It took her months! Love this stuff! Customer service is also impeccable!

I went back to my natural hair color after doing a blonde ombre for a while. The color formula was absolutely perfect, covered all of the blond and left a gorgeous tone of brown that wasn't just solid brown. The ombre still came through just a tad for a great low light effect. 100% satisfied!
