They want to know what brand eSalon uses :-) Shipping is perfect, the site is easy to use and any time I have wanted an adjustment it has been smooth sailing. The communication is outstanding. The color product is superb, the kit is a blessing with the color block and remover + the shampoo and conditioner/gloves make this a pleasure to use.
